Ever since I moved away from Windows, I started out with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS for a while and by the time Elementary OS 5.0 (Juno) was released, I personally jump to Elementary OS because of the design and how easy it was to be used as my daily OS.
I’ve been using Elementary OS for Web Development using local rather than relying on 3rd party applications such as XAMPP, or Vagrant for Linux because in my opinion. I feel like using 3rd party applications doesn’t feel right just because if your machine is slightly slower and unable to perform virtually even if it works. I think that installing LAMP Stack locally and manually will help and understand what is needed.
To begin, you will need to install the following software so that you can start developing your site in minutes of configurations.
