Docker

From a clean install of elementary OS 5.0 Juno, there shouldn’t be anything to remove.

sudo apt-get remove \
    docker \
    docker-engine \
    docker.io \
    containerd \
    runc

Install Docker CE via the Docker repository

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install \
    apt-transport-https \
    ca-certificates \
    curl \
    gnupg2 \
    software-properties-common
$ curl -fsSL https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu/gpg | sudo apt-key add -
$ sudo apt-key fingerprint 0EBFCD88
